Serefina
Both the Petit Manseng and Tannat varietals are grown in our vineyard right in front of the Tasting Room. Harvested in mid-September for the white and mid-October for the red, she is not made in the traditional rosé but rather the white is fermented cold & off the skins, and the red is barrel aged for 4 months. The results are a ruby pink wine and a floral note of cherry and rose. A great wine for springtime on the porch and summers by the pool.
Fun Fact: the name stems from the beauty and energy of the Seraphinite stone.

Wine Profile
Vineyard Notes
The best of both worlds with light, tropical notes from the white grapes (Petit Manseng) and soft, berry notes from the red (Tannat). Not made in the traditional Rosé method, this is a white wine blended with a red.
Food Pairing Notes
She pairs wonderfully with grilled seafood, chilled pasta's & a lite salad.
