A blend of Petit Verdot & Tannat ~ Each of these estate-grown French varietals are blended in the traditional Spanish Rosata method of producing a red like a white with a higher color extraction than the French Rosé method. They’re harvested mid-October, fermented cold & off the skins, then aged for 4 months in stainless steel. The results are a ruby pink wine with a residual sugar of 1.5% and, lite legs, & fruity notes of cherry & candied fruit. A great wine for springtime on the porch and summers by the pool.

Made in the traditional rosé method of producing a red like a white. Fermented cold, off the skins, in stainless steel and the end result is a fruit forward wine with cotton candy notes.
