The lightest of our white wines, the Petit Manseng varietal is 100% estate grown and is planted right across from where you’re sitting on the patio. For this wine, the grapes were fermented and aged in stainless steel making it light, crisp, and refreshing. The grapes are harvested 3 weeks earlier than those for the Opal increasing its acidity and lowering its tannin dryness.

Because we harvest the Petit Manseng before they are fully ripe & age them for a shorter period of time in stainless steel, the end result is a lighter, crisper version of its sister wine, the Opal.
