Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed wine. Once the wine is received we will refund your original credit card for the cost of the wine or replace it with another wine. Additional shipping charges may apply if replacement wine is being shipped.
If you would like to cancel an order prior to shipping please call our tasting room at 540.668.6216. If someone is unable to answer the phone, please leave a message with your order details.
