Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is flawed however, we must receive flawed wine recorked first in order to replace or refund it. Empty bottles or verbal requests cannot be accepted. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of corked or flawed wine. Once the wine is received we will refund your original credit card for the cost of the wine or replace it with another wine. Additional shipping charges may apply if replacement wine is being shipped.
If you need to cancel any of the Ruby Club memberships, please email email@example.com with request and reason. Please note that cancellation for Ruby members and Ruby VIP members before completion of 6 releases will result in a one-time $50 fee or default of last paid selection. Cancellations will result in inactivation of all benefits of the club. Cancelled members may have already-purchased wines available for pickup or shipment within one month of cancellation. Already purchased selections cannot be refunded past one month of the purchase date.
